Learn how to silence the noise that comes with the situation

“Being aware of our current situation will make us less vulnerable of the noises that come with it” – DK.

You don’t need to hide!

When we are in the middle of the storm the best thing we can do is focus on how to remain standing. —————————————

Yes, some people might think that you lost your mind when you’re in the middle of the storm and you can still smile, others will think you don’t care and many more will think you don’t get the severity of things.

——————————————

But is all about creating balance and focusing on what requires the most attention, focus and effort. Learning to control your emotions is a virtue that not everyone possesses (that’s right), and it takes a lot of practice and a very profound spiritual believe to understand when to remain calm.

——————————————

There’s time to cry and there’s time to smile, there’s time to beg and there’s time to claim. Although these times may require the same tone and perhaps same physical look they will have different outcomes, knowing the difference is what makes you unique, and knowing your uniqueness is what makes you understand your situation. ——————————————

Understanding the situation is what will enable you to shut the noises that come with it, no matter the circumstances you will learn to discern and to silence the enemy who is trying to confuse you. You will learn; when to ask and when to wait, when to speak and when to remain silence, when to give and when to take, when to sow and when to reap. ——————————————

All you need to do is get ahold of yourself and take time to understand. There’s only one power that can calm the waves of the ocean (the power of God), your job is to learn how to sail. 1. Sail 2.Keep Calm 3. Be virtuous 4. Have faith 5. Believe 6. Pray #trustGod #youreapwhatyousow

Along the path of my life I have focused on growing as an individual, studying and learning on how to help others and expanding my view of life. I studied Criminal Psychology and Christian Counseling concentrating in marriage and Family Relations at Liberty University Online. I am a Fibromyalgia Fighter who has focused on living the best that I can every day of my life, my goal is to inspired others to live their lives to their fullest God given potential. In life we are given one body, one brain, and one flesh- with many muscles and we can't concentrate in the ones that hurt and don't work on one single day, we have to think on how we can make them stronger with the ones that do operate well. Staying focus and moving while we can is my key to happiness, pausing when my heart tells me to and thinking outside my head to maintain a healthy spiritual, mental, and fitness balance that brings me peace & provides physical healing. I am a mother of three blessings; 2 boys and a girl, wife, and daughter of God, passionate about people and the way the brain works. Who is always looking for ways to make life easier and helping individuals see the truth that lies within them, I know there’s more for everyone, and that we are far more than whatever our current circumstances may be, remembering that they might determine our situations but don't predict our future. I enjoy working with people and assisting individuals in many different areas, whatever it takes to make someone’s life better and meeting their professional needs. “Go as high as you can, there’s a world that needs your help” - Denise Kilby
